The Minnesota Wild have also come to terms with star prospect Kirill Kaprizov. The deal will start this season, 2019-2020 but he will not be allowed to play in the league restart at the beginning of August. It is believed Kaprizov will fly from his home in southwest Sibera and be in Minnesota Monday. Whether or not he will have to quarantine is still unknown. Kaprizov can practice with the team and will travel with the team to Edmonton for the series with Vancouver. Kaprizov is 23 years old and widely considered the best hockey player in the world, not playing currently in the NHL. He was a 5th round pick by Minnesota in 2015.
