Dakota Broadcasting is excited to announce 105.5 Maverick FM will be the newest radio home for Minnesota Vikings football this coming season.  Dakota Broadcasting will be the 61st member of the radio network and one of six affiliates in South Dakota.

According to Vikings Radio Network executive producer Chad Abbot, the Minnesota Vikings have one of the largest radio networks in the league.  He is excited for this opportunity to work with Dakota Broadcasting because chances to carry NFL football don’t happen every day…

Abbot walked through on average what he and his team, including Vikings play-by-play announcer Paul Allen, do to put on a game every Sunday…

The Vikings are poised to have a good season and it appears games will get played despite worries of COVID-19.  Abbot talked about what fans of the purple will have to look forward to once the season kicks off…

The Vikings are scheduled to take part in four pre-season games beginning Friday August 14th vs. the Houston Texans at home.  The team will kick off the regular season Sunday September 13th vs. the Green Bay Packers at 12:00 p.m. central time.
