The Minnesota Vikings announced Monday it has placed four players on the reserve/COVID-19 list before training camp. This category was created by the league to accommodate teams and players dealing with the coronavirus. It is reserved for players who either have tested positive or who are quarantined due to contact with an infected person. Those players include tackle Blake Brandel, safety Brian Cole, offensive lineman Tyler Higby and wide receiver and rookie first round pick Justin Jefferson. The club is not required to say which if any player has tested positive or if they are quarantined out of caution.
