A former front office member with the Rapid City Rush, an ECHL hockey team, has been sentenced to three years in federal prison after being found guilty of stealing $700,000 from the hockey team.  42-year-old Jennifer Durham pleaded guilty to tax evasion and two counts of wire fraud and was sentenced Monday.  Durham worked for the team from 2008 to 2019 and according to prosecutors began stealing from the company around February 2010.  An investigation was launched when new ownership of the team discovered quote “inconsistencies and irregularities” in some bookkeeping.
