Harrisburg high school quarterback Jacob Knuth has announced he will play college football at the University of Minnesota, accepting a scholarship to join the Gopher program.  Knuth also had offers from the University of Iowa and Kansas State.  Knuth is 6’3 200 pounds and considered a 3-star recruit from 247sports.  He set a school record in passing yards, 2,403, completion percentage, 64.3 and passing touchdowns, 28 during the 2020 season.
