Longtime professional wrestler “The Iron Sheik” has died at the age of 81. Born Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri in Iran in 1942, Sheik was an Iranian-American star during the wrestling’s heyday in the 1980s. He was known as a villainous character feuding with stars including Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant. IN 1983 he became the only Iranian ever to win the WWE championship.
