A Madison man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison on rape charges involving a six year old boy. According to Attorney General Marty Jackley, 20-year-old Declan Neslon was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty earlier this year. The assault occurred in a Madison park in 2021. Nelson was also ordered to pay for a psycho-sexual evaluation and restitution to the victim’s family.
