The 2024 Baseball Writer’s Association Hall of Fame Ballot was released Monday. Highlighting the ballot includes Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer. Other first-year candidates include Adrian Beltre and Chase Utley. The results of the voting will be announced Tuesday January 23rd live on MLB Network. All players who receive 75 percent of the vote will be enshrined during the 2024 induction ceremony on July 21st. Mauer and everyone else has seven years to be on the ballot for consideration.
