A Minnehaha county plow operator passed away Tuesday due to a medical emergency. According to the Minnehaha county sheriff’s department, deputies were on scene immediately around 1:30 p.m. The emergency was reported and attempted to render aid. The plow operator was taken to a local hospital, but died as a result of the emergency. The emergency was brought on by natural causes according to the Minnehaha county sheriff’s office.
