The Minnesota State Capital was placed into lockdown status Wednesday afternoon due to a bomb threat. According to Minnesota Capital police, the threat came in around 9:00 a.m. State troopers brought in explosive detecting k-9 units to assist in the investigation. The search went from about 9:30 a.m.t o 10:15 a.m. Nothing suspicious was found and evenutally the capital was returned to normal activities.
