The Minnesota Timberwolves and center Naz Reid have come to terms on a three year $42 million extension. Reid turns 24 years old in August and has played his entire career with the Timberwolves. He was undrafted out of LSU and began playing for Minnesota on a two-way contract. He is now one of the best back-up big men in the league averaging 22.5 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.5 blocks in 36 minutes per game.
