Minnesota Twins trade 2nd baseman Jorge Polanco for four players

The Minnesota Twins have traded 2^nd baseman Jorge Polanco to the Seattle Mariners in exchange for four players. Those players include right handed starter Anthony DeSclafani, right handed reliver Justin Topa and minor league prospects Gabriel Gonzalez and right hander Darren Bowen. Gonzalez is the 79^th ranked prospect in the game according to MLB pipeline.
