The Minnesota Wild announced Tuesday the team has come to terms with center Sam Steel on a one-year $825,000 contract. Steel is 24 years old and played in 68 games with the Anaheim Ducks last season. He collected 20 points including six goals and 14 assists along with 16 penalty minutes in that time. He is 5’11 184lbs. And a native of Ardrossan Alberta Canada.
