Missing Aberdeen man found safe

The Aberdeen Police Department reports a missing person the department sought the public’s help in locating was found safe and unharmed. Joe Bauer of Aberdeen is an elderly man who went missing in the early morning hours of Friday August 23^rd. Police asked the public to keep an eye out for the elderly man who they believed had wondered off from his home. Police provided a second update around 11:25 a.m. On that day saying they were still looking for Bauer. Later on police sent a third update informing the public Joe Bauer had been found safe inside a garage in his neighborhood. The Police department went on to thank all those who aided in the search.
