The names have been released of the two Aberdeen men killed in a single-vehicle accident in Brown county last week. According to the Department of Public Safety 37-year-old Zachary D. Rathert and 36-year-old Kyle A. Tempel both suffered fatal injuries from an accident at the intersection of 128th street and 393rd avenue around 1:22 a.m. Saturday morning. Authorities believe Rathert was driving west on Brown County 13 when the vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch and vaulted off the should of the road. The vehicle rolled and both occupants were ejected. Neither was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
