NDSU introduces Tim Polasek as head football coach

North Dakota State introduced the football program’s newest head coach to the media Monday. Entz is leaving NDSU to take a position coaching job at the University of Southern California.

Polasek comes to NDSU after most recently serving as the offensive coordinator for the University of Wyoming. Polasek coached at NDSU as an assistant under former head coach Craig Bohl from 2006 to 2012 and again from 2014 to 2017.

Polasek was a finalist for the head coaching job the last time there was a vacancy, but he did not get chosen. He says that failure first time around was a learning experience…

Polasek went on to say he hopes to approach this job like a privilege each and every day…

Polasek shared with the media the message he shared with players upon getting the job…
