The No Labels Party has announced it has been officially recognized as a political party by the state of South Dakota. This will allow citizens to run for state, federal, legislative and county offices as members of the No Labels party in the 2024 general election cycle. No labels now has 30 days to adopt a constitution or bylaws governing its organization and conduct to the Secretary of State’s Office. No Labels now joins the Republicans, Democrats, and Libertarians as officially recognized parties by the state of South Dakota. According to its website, No Labels is a party dedicated to finding centrist solutions to problems on bipartisan basis. The party claims it has raised almost $70 million to put a third party “unity candidate” on the ballot for president.
