South Dakota Game Fish and Parks has announced a walleye caught on Lake Oahe last Friday has set a new South Dakota state record. The catch was made south of Mobridge. 43-year-old Aaron Schuck of Bismarck North Dakota caught a 16-pound eight ounce walleye using a walleye nations reaper crankbait. This breaks the old record of 16 pounds two ounces caught on the Missouri River in November of 2002.
