The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources have again issued an air quality warning for much of east river South Dakota. Wildfires currently burning in Canada are causing smoke to make its way into South Dakota. With that smoke comes conditions that could be hazardous to people with respiratory issues or who are immune compromised. A similar air-quality warning was issued last week. For an updated air quality report visit denravweb.sd.gov.
