Authorities in Rapid City have arrested a parole absconder who fled a juvenile facility Monday. According to the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Yellowbird went missing from a rural Minnehaha county detention center Monday after walking away from the facility with three other juveniles. Authorities believed he would head towards Rapid City and that is where he was ultimately found. He faces second degree escape charges.
