A Pennington County man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison on repeated incest charges involving his biological daughter. 40-year-old Aaron Dillon was sentenced to the maximum sentence allowed according to the Pennington County State’s Attorney’s Office. The victim is a legal adult but has the development level of about a 10 year old due to a traumatic brain injury. The abuse was discovered by the victim’s medical professional who alerted authorities to their concerns.
