Rapid City man pleads guilty to child pornography charges

A Rapid City man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. According to court documents tens of thousands of illegal files were found on the hard drive of 71-year-old Gary Heckel. The files included pictures and videos of children as well as beastiality. He faces up to 20 years in prison upon sentencing.
