Remains of missing Minnesota man found in Pennington county

A remains of a missing man were found in Pennington County Wednesday. According to officials, the body of 24-year-old Alex Verburg of Mantorville Minnesota was found after being reported missing around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. By the time the report was made, Verburg had not been seen or heard from for several days. His vehicle was found just off UH Highway 16 near the Stratobowl Trailhead. Verburg was discovered deceased in a rugged area at the bottom of a cliff. Officials say there were no clear signs of foul play and an investigation remains ongoing.
