Road closures and water shut offs planned for parts of Aberdeen Wednesday

Weather permitting beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. Today the following road will be closed to thru traffic for road repairs. 9^th Avenue Northeast from Penn Street to the alleyway. Also, water is scheduled to be shut off to repair a water line in the following area. 9^th avenue northeast from Penn Street to Dakota Street. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes until the work is completed and the public works department suggests residents in the affected area collect and store water for personal and restroom use. Water is estimated to remain off until further notice.
