Authorities in Roberts County are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted man who has been on the run for over a year. According to the Roberts county sheriff’s office 26-year-old Austin Shepherd is currently a fugitive from justice wanted on a felony-level warrant. The Sheriff’s department says he was last seen in Peever South Dakota Monday. Authorities say Shepherd is considered dangerous, therefore if you see him do not approach and instead contact law enforcement.
