Keloland News reports, the suspect in a double murder case in Scotland is considering changing his plea. 43-year-old Francis Lange is accused of going into a home in Scotland and shooting everyone inside in November of 2021. Two people were killed and three others seriously injured. According to court documents Lange has three months to decided whether or not to change his not guilty plea. If there is a plea deal on the table, Lange will need to change his plea on February 21st 2023.
