South Dakota State wide receiver Jadon Janke and quarterback Mark Gronowski have been honored by the Missouri Valley Football Conference co-offensive players of the week.
They earned the honor in the Jack’s regular season ending victory over Missouri State Saturday. Janke caught a career best 10 receptions for a career best 187 yards and a touchdown. That 187 yards receiving ties him for ninth most reception yards in a single game in Jacks history.
Gronowski scored three touchdowns completing 16-23 passing for a career high 323 yards. The Jacks have been given the top overall seed in the FCS playoffs and will wait to play the winner of Gardner-Webb vs. Mercer Dec. 2nd.
