Senator Rounds claims Supreme court will not go after birth control or same sex marriage

(WNAX – Yankton, SD) Following the US Supreme Court ruling on Roe v Wade, sending enforcement of abortion laws back to the states, Justice Clarence Thomas added an opinion that it may be time to review rulings dealing with contraception and same sex marriages.
