A Sioux Falls man is facing rape and child pornography charges. According to court documents DNA evidence led investigators to 30-year-old Ashku Usman as a suspect in the rape of a woman. The woman alleges back in November of 2023 she woke up to Usman, a man she met on snap chat raping her. Upon searching Usman’s phone investigators allegedly found several child pornography images. Usman was booked Thursday in the Minnehaha county jail.
