Sioux Falls man has pleaded not guilty to felony rape, burglary and aggravated eluding charges in Brown County. 45-year-old Tujuane L. Lowry made a court appearance Monday requesting a jury trial for the charges he faces. The charges stem from an incident on June 18th where Lowery allegedly raped a sleeping woman. Lowry was ultimately arrested in the early morning hours of June 22nd after holding up in an Aberdeen apartment, requiring a special police task force to ultimately defuse the situation.
