South Dakota couple facing child pornography charges

A South Dakota couple is facing child pornography charges. According to the U.S. Attorney for South Dakota, 42-year-old Timothy Scott White and 24-year-old Leslie Marie White of Vale South Dakota face charges including encouraging their child to engage or help another with child pornography. The two have pleaded not guilty. The arrests were made on December 19^th as part of an ongoing online child pornography distribution investigation. The two are scheduled to stand trial February 28^th.
