The South Dakota Supreme Court begins is October 2024 term today at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in Vermillion. The state’s highest court will hear oral arguments in four cases today and three Wednesday morning. Both days will begin at 9:00 a.m. And end at noon. The session is open to the public to attend. The State supreme court holds two terms a year, each time at public universities across South Dakota to help ensure the public has a chance to view the proceedings.
