Starter pistol causes gun incident at Brandon Valley school

An email sent home to parents in the Brandon Valley School District Wednesday revealed a gun incident had been reported that afternoon. According to the email from school officials, students report a gun on school grounds during afternoon dismissal. School Administration was immediately contacted and the gun was confiscated. It turned out to be a starter pistol.
