Steve Roseland has announced his candidacy for the South Dakota State Senate representing Dsitrict 23. According to a release from his campaign, Roseland is a fourth generation rancher from Seneca. He boasts 30 years of elected official experience, including 20 years serving on the Faulk County Commission and Faulk County Zoning Board. He will be running as a Republican and will look to fill the seat held by Brian Breitling last legislative session. District 23 encompasses a small portion of Brown County and Aberdeen, along with Campbell, Edmunds, Faulk, Hand, McPherson, Potter, and Walsworth County.
