Photos of Summit Carbon Solutions using large drilling equipment on a Brown County Landowner’s property have garnered attention and reaction on social media.
The posts in question are about land Jared Bossly owns in Brown County. Summit Carbon Solutions was there this week doing surveying work for a carbon capture pipeline they are trying to build across a large portion of the upper mid west.
Bossley was in court last month as Summit claimed he was in contempt of an order to allow the surveying work to happen with or without landowner’s permission. Bossley was found not to be in contempt, but a judge did remind landowners they must allow the surveying work to happen.
In photos about Summit’s work being shared, a Brown county sheriff deputy is on site and Bossly claims they damaged some of his crops in the process.
