A Tea man has been arrested and is currently being held in the Minnehaha county jail on rape, burglary and robbery charges. According to court documents 55-year-old Michael Kersch of Tea allegedly kicked in the door of a Sioux Falls home last Thursday morning. The documents go on to claim he used a piece of dislodged door frame to hit a camera and the victim before raping her. Kersch allegedly threatened the victim with a syringe before continuing with his crimes. Kersch is said to have known the victim.
