Three juveniles arrested for recent vehicle thefts

Three juveniles have been arrested in connection to a host of vehicle thefts and items stolen from vehicles recently. According to the Aberdeen Police Department two of the three vehicles recovered suffered damage in the thefts while the other was found undamaged. The third vehicle was found at one of the suspects homes. One suspect faces two counts felony grand theft and a number of misdemeanor charges. Another faces three counts grad theft and one count theft from a motor vehicle and the last one faces one count felony grand theft. The Police Department reminds residents they can possibly prevent being victims of these crimes by locking vehicle doors, not leaving keys in vehicles and not leaving valuables, such as firearms in vehicles.
