Three juveniles arrested for string of car thefts and thefts from vehicles

The Aberdeen Police Department reports three juveniles have been arrested in connection to a series of recent vehicle thefts and thefts from vehicles. All the thefts are believed to have occurred in the early morning hours across town. Four guns have been recovered by police in this process. Vehicles that were stolen were left abandon with the last theft occurred in July 26^th. Residents are encouraged to not keep valuables in their vehicles, including weapons. Also, do not leave keys in vehicles or your vehicles unlocked to help prevent becoming a victim of theft.
