The Roberts County Sheriff’s Department reports three people face drug charges after being arrested in a Roberts County rest stop last week. The incident occurred July 21st around 1:30 a.m. When Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribal police contacted the Roberts County Sheriff’s office about drugs found at a rest area on I29. Three people were arrested including Justin Brown, Kenneth Carder and Bailey Jensen. Brown had multiple warrants and gave authorities a false name when first questioned. Found in the vehicle included 9 grams of meth, fentanyl, marijuana and other paraphernalia. All three involved face drug charges while Brown also received resisting arrest and impersonation.
