Two Sioux Falls men have been arrested on forgery charges in Brookings County. According to the Brookings’ County Sheriff department 31-year-old Angelo High Pipe allegedly tried to cash forged checks in Volga. High Pipe was arrested by police and charged with possession of a forged instrument with intent to defraud and possession of a controlled substance. While investigating High Pipe further, another suspect 51-year-old Brian Ritter was also arrested for allegedly trying to cash fraudulent checks in Brookings.
