Two adult men now faces charges in the Mitchell Legion Baseball case out of Pennington County. Six named teenagers face rape charges from a case back in June when the alleged sexual assault occurred while the team was taking part in a baseball tournament in Rapid City. 43-year-old Luke Norden and 48-year-old Brent Borgan both now faces charges. Norden faces two counts of failure to report abuse or neglect of a child and two counts of Misprison of a felony. Borgan has faces one count failure to report abuse or neglect of a child. Norden was the head coach of the team while Borgan served on the Mitchell Baseball Association board.
