Two people injured Tuesday morning in rural Aberdeen accident

Two people were injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident north of Aberdeen. According to the Brown county Sheriff’s Office the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. At the intersection of 129th street, or Richmond Road and 384th avenue. A pickup was eastbound when it was cutoff but a northbound pickup turning left in front of the eastbound vehicle. The vehicles collided and the northbound pickup ended up on its side in the ditch. Those involved suffered minor injuries and were both cited for not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the northbound vehicle also was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign
