USD men’s basketball player Mihai Carcoana now faces three charges of rape and one charge of interfering with emergency communications. According to court documents the 20-year-old Romanian national was indicted by a grand jury on the charges he forcibly raped a woman at his campus apartment earlier this month and would not let her contact her friend. He is currently out on bond and not allowed to practice or play per Board of Regents policy.
