The Minnesota Vikings have added depth to its tight end corps. The team announced Monday the signing of Shaun Beyer. Beyer spent last season with the Denver Broncos where he joined the team as an undrafted free agent. He did not appear in a game for the Broncos last season and was waived by the team in May. The Vikings have also placed wide receiver Blake Proehl and linebacker Ryan Connelly on the physically unable to perform list.
