Vikings conduct first interview for vacant defensive coordinator position

The Minnesota Vikings have announced the team has conducted an interview with Ryan Nielsen for its vacant defensive coordinator position. Nielsen is currently the co-defensive coordinator/defensive line coach of the New Orleans Saints. He has been in New Orleans since 2017. This is the first announced interview conducted for the position by the team.
