The Minnesota Vikings exercised the team’s fifth year option on wide receiver Justin Jefferson Tuesday. The move means Jefferson will remain in Minnesota at least through the 2024 season and buys the team more time to come to terms on a long term extension with Jefferson. Jefferson is 23-years-old was the NFL offensive player of the year in 2022, a three time pro bowl selection and this past season passed Randy Moss for the most receiving yards in a player’s first three seasons.
