Vikings sign two 2024 first round picks QB McCarthy and LB Turner to four-year deals

The Minnesota Vikings have announced the team and its two first round picks in 2024 have come to terms on their rookie contracts. Quarterback JJ McCarthy signed a four year $21.85 million deal that is fully guaranteed according to reports via ESPN. McCarthy was selected by Minnesota with the 10^th overall pick and will get a $12.71 million signing bonus. The deal also features a fifth year team option. Turner was the 17^th overall pick and signed a four-year fully guaranteed contract work $15.76 million including a $8.28 million signing bonus. His contract also has a fifth year team option.
