Water to be shut off and roads closed in parts of Aberdeen Tuesday

  Beginning at approximately 8am on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, water will be off in the following areas for watermain valve installation:

WATER OFF:

S. 10^th St. from 8^th Ave. SW to 10^th Ave. SW

9^th Ave. SW from S. 9^th St. to S. 11^th St.

STREET CLOSED:

S. 10^th St. from 8^th Ave. SW to 9^th Ave. SW

The Public Works department suggests that residents in the affected areas collect and store water for personal and restroom use.  This work is expected to last until approximately 5 pm or until finished.  Work will be completed as quickly as possible.
