Beginning at approximately 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, water will be off in the following areas for fire hydrant installation:
WATER OFF:
S. Washington St. from 10th Ave. SE to 12th Ave. SE
11th Ave. SE from S. Lincoln St. to S. Jay St.
S. Lincoln St. from 10th Ave. SE to 12th Ave. SE
STREET CLOSED:
S. Washington St. between 10th Ave. SE & 11th Ave. SE
The Public Works department suggests that residents in the affected areas collect and store water for personal and restroom use. This work is expected to last until approximately 5 pm Wednesday, May 29th or until finished. Work will be completed as quickly as possible.
