Watertown daycare provider faces child abuse charges

A Watertown daycare provider is facing charges she allegedly assaulted a child in her care. According to the Watertown Police Department 51-year-old Angela Laframboise faces two counts of simple assault. The charges stem from an incident at Little Angels Daycare and Preschool on May 3^rd when Laframboise alleged hit a toddler. Laframboise daycare provider license has been suspended by the state and she is scheduled to appear in court in June. In a statement released by the suspects attorney to Keloland News, her defense claims LaFramboise is a 40-year child care veteran and denies the allegations. They claim they are confident a jury will agree with their assesment.
